A 15% IVA applies. The final price displayed during booking includes the tax. Full payment confirms the reservation.

Cancellations
Unless the selected rate states otherwise, reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before check-in. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%.
Check-in and checkout
Check-in begins at 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. Early arrival or late checkout depends on availability and may carry a fee.
House rules
Quiet hours are 11 PM–7 AM. Smoking is prohibited indoors, pets are not allowed and only registered guests may enter guest rooms.
Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, US dollars and Nicaraguan córdobas. Card payments carry a 5% surcharge.
Transportation
Transportation must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability. Price and conditions are confirmed before service.
Changes and groups
Changes depend on availability. For reservations of three rooms or more, changes must be requested at least seven days in advance.
Keys and damage
Guests are responsible for keys and damage caused during their stay. Replacement of a lost or unreturned key costs US$10.
Special requests
Extra beds, early check-in, late checkout and other special requests depend on availability and may carry additional charges.
Privacy and responsibility
Reservation data is handled securely. Managua Inn is not liable for lost or stolen belongings; secure storage options are available.
Force majeure
MBI, S.A. is not liable for interruptions caused by natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, strikes or transport disruptions beyond our control.
