Local Taxes

A 15% sales tax (IVA) applies to all rates.
Final prices displayed at the time of booking will include this tax.

Booking Policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

  • Unless specifically stated otherwise, reservations can be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours before check-in.
  • Cancellations made within 72 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
  • Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

We strongly recommend that guests have travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes in plans.

Reservation Changes

  • Reservation changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
  • For group bookings (3 rooms or more), changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance.

Extra Beds

Available on request, subject to availability.
Additional charges apply.

House Rules

  • Quiet hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM in public areas
  • Smoking: Prohibited indoors. A designated smoking area is available.
  • Pets: Not allowed

Liability

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Managua Inn (MBI, S.A.) is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings.
Secure storage options are provided for your convenience.

Transportation Services

  • Shuttle services must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
  • Transportation fees are non-refundable once booked.

Keys

Guests are responsible for all room and front door keys.
A $10 replacement fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.

Special Requests

All special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Additional charges may apply (e.g., late check-out, additional cleaning services).

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Cash payments in USD or Nicaraguan Córdobas

A 5% surcharge applies to all card payments.
Guests are responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion charges.

Force Majeure

Managua Inn (MBI, S.A.) is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Civil unrest
  • Strikes or transportation disruptions

Privacy

All personal data collected during the booking process is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
